Pink and Green Polka Dots

It was so much fun to finally make a little girl's birthday cake. For Razy's first birthday we went with a pink and green polka-dot theme.

6" round is chocolate cake

10" round is vanilla cake

6" round smash cake is chocolate cake

All are decorated with buttercream icing and embellished with marshmallow fondant.

The candle was purchased from Party City and says, "fun to be one".

The topper on the large cake is a Willowcreek figurine that says, "birthday girl".

Squirt the Turtle and Starfish Cake

I made this cake for Doble's 1st Birthday. The guest cake is Squirt from Finding Nemo. It is a chocolate cake with buttercream icing. I used graham crackers for the sand and goldfish for the fish. Doble's cake is a star fish made with yellow cake and buttercream icing.

Alligator and Frog Cake

This friendly duo was made for Lil' E's 1st Birthday. I had a lot of help from my friend Lindy.I couldn't have done it without her. She basically shaped and detailed while I just did the easy frosting and teeth.
The frog is a yellow cake frosted with buttercream icing and apple-o candies, and candy eyes. The alligator is a chocolate cake frosted with buttercream icing and decorated with candy eyes and airheads for the teeth and tongue. The jaw is made of rice krispie treats.
