Here is a new cake I have made for a Baby Shower tonight. The baby's name is Riley. She was born last Monday. The mommy didn't have any preferences on the cake, just that it was chocolate. She told me to surprise her. So I went with what I knew I would like...Pink and Brown. I wisha that the pictures gave justice to the true colors of the cake.

I love to make cakes. I am by no means a professional, but I don't think I am half bad. What really matters is the reaction on my kids' face when they see their cake for the first time. It makes the hours of labor worth it all.

Pink and Green Polka Dots

It was so much fun to finally make a little girl's birthday cake. For Razy's first birthday we went with a pink and green polka-dot theme.
10" round is vanilla cake
6" round smash cake is chocolate cake
The candle was purchased from Party City and says, "fun to be one".
The topper on the large cake is a Willowcreek figurine that says, "birthday girl".
